Design-build custom homes from the ground up. We work from architect-drawn plans or can connect you with our design partners. Every build includes full permit coordination, framing, MEP rough-in, insulation, drywall, finishes, and final inspections.
ADUs & Casitas
Accessory dwelling units, detached guest suites, and garage-to-living conversions. All East Valley municipalities now permit ADUs on single-family lots with the right setbacks and lot coverage. We handle the zoning check, permits, and full construction.
Room Additions
Adding a primary suite, sunroom, bonus room, or expanded garage to an existing home requires structural coordination, permit drawings, and matching the existing home's finish — we do all of it without disrupting your household more than necessary.

Permit approval timelines vary — Chandler Development Services typically runs 4–8 weeks for residential new construction. We give you a full construction schedule at the start of the project.

Do you build ADUs on existing residential lots?

Yes. All East Valley cities now permit ADUs on single-family lots, though setback requirements, lot coverage limits, and parking rules vary by city. We conduct a zoning review before any estimate, so you know exactly what's buildable on your specific lot before committing to anything.

Can you build from my architect's plans?

Absolutely. If you have permitted drawings or architect plans, we build from them. If you're starting from scratch, we can connect you with residential design professionals we've worked with and coordinate the full design-build process.
