It's a budget range, not a fixed bid — but it's the same range we'd quote on a first call. We've cross-checked it against hundreds of recent Phoenix-area remodels. Once we walk the space, the firm number usually lands inside the range.
No. We only reach out if you explicitly request a walk-through. Your email is used to deliver the estimate and nothing else — no drip campaigns, no third-party sales lists.
No subs. Demo, framing, cabinet install, tile, electrical, plumbing, finish carpentry — our own Cosmo crew, on our payroll, does it all. You'll see the same faces from day one to final walk-through. That's how we keep the quality (and the pricing) consistent across every job.
Perfect — that's what this tool is for. Pick the tier that sounds like you (Refresh, Elevated, or Signature) and the size that feels right. You'll see what each tier really costs, which makes the scope conversation a lot easier later.
Usually one of three things: the cheap quote skips something (permits, real waterproofing under tile, a finish grade you'll regret in two years), uses a rotating cast of cheapest-bidder subs, or both. Our range assumes the job gets done to code, by our own crew, to a standard we'd put our name on. If you want a comparison, we'll happily walk you through it line-by-line next to the other quote.
Permits are included by default — we pull them and we don't cut corners. Design is included for kitchens and bathrooms at the Elevated and Signature tiers. Refresh is "keep the existing layout, update everything in it." If you want a custom layout change, that's a quick conversation.
A Refresh-tier bathroom: ~2–3 weeks. An Elevated-tier kitchen: ~5–8 weeks. Signature builds with custom cabinets and structural changes run 10–14 weeks. Cabinet lead times are the most common reason a job stretches.
We don't lend in-house, but we work with a couple of local lenders that do home-improvement loans without the predatory rates. Ask during your walk-through and we'll point you to a couple of options.
