Roy leads Cosmo Construction with a direct approach: define the scope carefully, explain the decisions clearly, and stay accountable from the first site visit through the final walkthrough. That approach has guided more than 500 completed projects and reflects over 30 years of construction experience.
Cosmo self-performs core construction work where it improves quality, scheduling, and cost control. When a project calls for a specialized expert, such as pool construction or another dedicated specialty, we bring in qualified professionals and manage their work as part of the overall project. The homeowner still has one point of responsibility.
We serve homeowners, investors, and commercial clients throughout Chandler and the Phoenix metro. Every proposal is written around the actual property and scope. We do not rely on vague allowances or hand a homeowner a list of trades to coordinate on their own.
We document the work, materials, responsibilities, and assumptions before construction begins.
Cosmo manages the schedule and quality of the complete project, including qualified specialists when needed.
